Livingston
Livingston, Izabal is ready to receive turists in the holiday season. Livingston is a special place because in it, it is possible to see the interaction between different cultures; the garifunas, the quekchi and the ladina. Livingston was established between 1802 and 1806, when a ship captained by Marcos Sanches brought the first garifuna people to the area. Livingston can be reached by sea and by land.
