NASA and Quemistry
I was reading with much interest about the new weapons that arqueologist are using to seek and find Mayan ruins that may remain hidden because the jungle. I am referring to satellites and quemistry that have contributed greatly to rediscover these Mayan jewels. The Mayan civilization left many mysteries about their disapperance because they flourish up to the IX century and then disappeared. Many of the Mayan cities have remained, especially the pyramids have survived in the jungle but there are still many that remain hidden. With the help of NASA satellites and quemistry, it is possible to discover new ruins underground. One of the theories about the the Mayan disapperance says that the Maya disappear because of droughts and the cutting of trees. With the help of these tools, It is hoped to learn about the causes of these calamities and learn how to prepare for the future. The first result of these new arqueological methods is the city of San Bartolo, Peten.
