Fernando Quevedo
Fernando Quevedo is a Guatemalan physicist that teaches in the university of Cambridge, England. His biggest dream is to collect 200 million dollars to build a school of Science and Technology in Guatemala. It is his belief that countries like India and China have developed because of schools like this. His main proyect at the moment is to understand the fundamental theory of the universy at the most basic level. Quevedo and 25 Guatemalan scientist have organized an organization named Concyt to pushed this idea. He believes that there is enough people in Guatemala and outside Guatemala con the necessary preparation to start this school.
